Coaching Pathways

name what’s difficult, explore what’s possible, and cultivate practical ways forward.

Structured coaching support for the places life can feel especially complicated. Pathways are designed around common areas of tension and growth, giving you a guided framework for exploring what you’re experiencing and identifying practical next steps—while still leaving room for your unique story, needs, and pace.

Pathways can be experienced in the format that best fits your needs:

  • 1:1 Private Pathways: Move through the pathway with individualized, one-on-one support tailored to your story, needs, and pace.

  • Small Group Pathways: Move through the pathway alongside a small, supportive community of women who share a similar focus.

rewew purpose pathway

The Tension: “I’m struggling to know who I am in this phase of life and if I still have purpose.”

Designed for women in mid-life navigating seasons where life feels empty, unusually quiet, or confusing—especially after role shifts like career change, retirement, empty nest, or other identity-shifting transitions.

What we cultivate together:

Inventory & Calling - Re-discover who you are in this season

Values & Vision - Explore what matters to you now

Options & Learning - Consider where God is leading you

Blueprint & Practice - Create a plan and way to move forward

Integration & Celebration - Honor and celebrate your transition with hope in action

The Fruit:

A renewed sense of purpose and direction for this season of life—with greater clarity about who you are, what matters now, and meaningful next steps for moving forward.

Nurture Grief Pathway

The Tension: “I’m grieving something no one recognizes, and I don’t know how to navigate it.”

Designed for women carrying a quiet heartache from a non-death loss that has been minimized or dismissed by the world around them; such as loss of life as expected, infertility, job transition, relocation, chronic or serious health issues and relationship disruptions.

What we cultivate together:

Sharing & Naming - Noticing, naming and validating hidden loss

Sacred Holding & Lament - Faith practices that allow grief to be held, not avoided

Communication & Boundaries - Learning conversations to address and share your loss and experience with others who might not understand

Honor & Anchor - Create ways to honor your experience and anchor your days as you carry your loss along the way

Carry & Integrate - Step forward in hope and walk with grief that no longer weighs you down

The Fruit:

A deeper understanding of your loss, language for your experience, and practical ways to carry your grief with greater peace, support, and hope—without allowing it to define your whole life.

Cultivate Calm Pathway

The Tension: “I’m overwhelmed—my schedule, home, and mind feel out of control.”

Designed for working women and busy moms balancing family, work, household responsibilities, and faith who feel chronically overwhelmed, forgetful, or like their days run them instead of the reverse.

What we cultivate together:

Rhythms & Priorities - Identify rhythms that make or break your day based on your priorities

Self-Control & Micro-Habits - Restore peace with faith disciplines and tiny sustainable routines

Margin & Boundaries - Reclaim and protect your time, energy and calendar

Systems & Integration - Identify systems that work best with your values, capacity and natural processes

Celebration & Maintenance - Honor the cultivating you have done to maintain rhythms and calm that work for you

The Fruit:

A calmer, more manageable way of living—with rhythms, boundaries, and simple systems that help you make space for what matters most.
